Catsteel

Hailing from Dayton, Ohio, Catsteel plays Ohio River music.  Sometimes it sounds like a rocking chair on a front porch with jangly guitar and tight 3 part harmony.  Sometimes it sounds like a string quartet with interweaving violin and cello.  Sometimes it sounds like a race up Riverside Drive with electric guitar and pounding drum kit. Often, it’s a blend of all these, shaped by the song or the venue.  We pass around duties on vocals, guitar, drum kit, violin, cello, and bass to create a sound that is unique but still feels like home.
